Hey Folks!

It's been too long!  Alright, but now that I'm going back to school and am not a full-time campaign staffer, I have time to update my xanga, which is exciting!  lol...if you're lame and still love xanga....anyone?  Anyone out there?

Okay!  So we'll start with the campaign - I was going to take a semester off to be full time Scheduler and Staffer for the campaign, however, after a lot of soul searching, I decided I'm not ready to leave school for a job.  I was afraid I wouldn't go back and all that good and cliche stuff....so in stead, I'm going back to school in the fall.  I feel good about the choice and plan on volunteering for any statewide who needs me for the next 3 months.

So, hopefully I'll be working at the University in a couple weeks, which means, until then, I am a stay-at-home lady!!!  Get excited!!!  So...I've been doing laundry, cleaning house, and it's been amazing.

Also, I've been sick the last week and a half, but no worries, I'm getting better...I'm at about 90% now, so that's positive.  I've had tonsilitis and an upper respiratory infection - YUCK!  Now I just cough all the time when I laugh.  lol...

Also, I miss my roommie....she's been gone doing sorority stuff all week...and I miss her.  I know she's busy...but if she's out there...and listening.... I MISS YOU ROOMIE..... she doesn't think I do...which is weird, because I sit around most days thinking....if she were home, we'd be having way more fun.  Ok well....Roomie..

ALSO!  My sister moved in to our apartment.  Tonight is the first night she'll be staying here - GET EXCITED!!! :)  I am so excited for Kara to live here.  Kara is my BEAUTIFUL 18 (she'll be 19 on Sept. 1) Year old Sister.  Look, look, see how beautiful she is:

Alright...so I have the hottest roommates on the planet.  Get....jealous?

Lastly, I saw Talladega Nights yesterday evening, and it was pretty funny.  Then I had to wait for my illustrious redheaded roommate (kamrin) to get home so that I could get into our apartment, because my parents changed the locks (my parents are our land-lords and they change the locks each year).  Anyhow...great night. :)

Well...now my family is here to move my sister in even more, and I'm going to try and get free groceries out of the deal...so byee!!! :)

I've been so busy the last couple weeks - running around for the campaign.  It's really an amazing experience.  I am doing Scheduling/Fundraising for the State Treasurer's campaign - and I honestly love it.  This is the right place for me at the right time, and I thank God for it almost every day. 

Also, Kamrin keeps leaving and going to weddings and the east coast and junk, but I'm glad because it has given me a chance to catch up with all of the friends who oftentimes I don't get a chance to hang out with.  So if you're out there, and we're homies, we aught to hang out.

For those of you out there who didn't know, or had a clue but didn't know for certain, Tim and I broke up about two months ago.  It's a good thing.  I'm happier than I've been in a long time, and I'm not at all blaming the lack thereof on Tim, because he's a great man, it just wasn't right for me.  So, there's that.  I guess that's some sort of official announcement, but there ya go ;) 

Goodness, I haven't known single Micah in about 4 years...it's exciting. :)
